[dropcaps style=’2′]Seven years, JTG has been employed by the WWE for 7 years and yet his last appearance was… not recent.[/dropcaps]
Some would argue this is reason to “future endeavour” him. But don’t you think this could be an opportunity for new beginnings?
Would it really be a good idea for him to be discharged? You might not like him, you might not prefer his style now (or at least when he was prominently on screen) but you can’t deny he has talent that just isn’t being harnessed by the WWE.
Yoshi Tatsu was one of the best on the roster in terms of talent during his time with the company, insightful in the ring, with an abundance of soaring potential. But the WWE books him like a befuddled stereotypical lost immigrant in American culture. A waste.
To be fair, that was before this new era of WWE.
We aren’t saying JTG is the best on the current roster, but he isn’t exactly terrible either. He has a certain charm and charisma which could work if he was given the right character and storyline to run with.
He’s definitely a team player… check the 1:50 mark of his match on WWE Superstars… if someone is willing to do that, give them break.
It’s now WWE’s responsibility to give the guy that chance.
