Everton FC First team Assistant Coach Fran Alonso joins us to talk about climb up the coaching ladder.
Fran is a UEFA qualified football coach with over 15 years experience in coaching, which includes grass roots and academy level.
Aside from his role at Everton, Fran is the 1st Team Manager at Liverpool Feds and Coach at Everton Ladies. This is in addition to overseeing the complete overhaul of Southampton Women’s structure.
