Apple has unveiled the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, designed with aerospace-grade titanium that’s both rugged and lightweight, making them the lightest Pro models ever. The new design also flaunts curved edges and a customisable Action button, giving users the freedom to personalise their iPhone experience. Enhanced camera features offer the equivalent of seven professional lenses, delivering stunning image quality with a more advanced 48MP Main camera system supporting a new super-high-resolution 24MP default setting, upgraded portrait capabilities, better Night mode, Smart HDR improvements, and an exclusive 5x Telephoto camera on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The A17 Pro brings gaming to the next level while enhancing overall performance. The new USB‑C connector is super fast, boasting speeds up to 20 times faster than USB 2 and enabling powerful pro workflows that were previously impossible.
The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be available in four striking finishes: black titanium, white titanium, blue titanium, and natural titanium. Pre-orders kick off on Friday, 15 September, with availability starting on Friday, 22 September.

The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max feature a tough and lightweight titanium design, a first for the iPhone, available in 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch display sizes. This premium alloy, also used in spacecraft, offers one of the best strength-to-weight ratios among metals, resulting in the lightest Pro models yet. Both models sport a refined brushed texture, curved edges, and the slimmest borders on an iPhone. The Pro lineup combines the durability of titanium with tough back glass and the industry-leading Ceramic Shield on the front. The titanium bands wrap around a substructure made from 100% recycled aluminium, fused together with impressive strength through solid-state diffusion. The aluminium frame aids heat dissipation and allows easy replacement of the back glass. This new design showcases the Super Retina XDR display with Always-On and ProMotion technologies for a remarkable viewing experience.
The new Action button replaces the single-purpose switch used to toggle between ring and silent modes. It now offers more options, allowing users to quickly access the camera or torch, activate Voice Memos, Focus modes, Translate, and accessibility features like Magnifier, or use Shortcuts for additional options. A press-and-hold gesture with precise haptic feedback and visual cues ensures the new button performs the intended action.
