Ally’s career started at the Scottish FA as an apprentice, which led to positions at Fulham, Crystal Palace, Watford and Celtic, before moving to the United States.
Listen as Ally describes his experiences working with disabled children, mentoring under privileged youngsters, teaming up with the Metropolitan Police at Crystal Palace, running holiday camps, explaining sectarianism to kids and much, much more.
Ally’s career thus far has been eye opening to say the least. It is fair to say that he is living proof that a Championship Manager enthusiast can make it to the top!
