OK so the title is probably lame and will probably go over your head unless your’ve seen Ricky Gervais’s masterminded show “An Idiot Abroad” but I’ve talked about becoming a travel writer for quite some time and now that i actually work for a travel company instead of a fruit shop, I’ll actually have the time and resources and no threat of my property becoming theirs.
I’ve travelled to a fucking lot of places, Probably still less than Gladiator (Paul Knights) but still alot of places. With many more to come.
I dont dine in top class restaurants or do anything like they’d outline in trendy Lonely Planet guides. Im a regular bar hopping, shopping and face stuffing tourist who will struggle with your local language, point and pay and probably pay your inflated tourist prices while i’m at it.
Ive been to (in no particular order):
- Vietnam
- Hong Kong
- Mexico
- Indonesia
- Japan
- USA
- Canada
- England
- Scotland
- Netherlands
- Germany
- Italy
- New Zealand
- New Caledonia
- Vanuatu
- South Korea
- North Korea
Ive also travelled around Australia quite a bit. So Ill share with you some tips and customs and good bars and stuff to do if your ever visiting. Jump onto the forums or discuss below and tell me what country you’d like to hear most about.
