DMZ is the latest comic book adaptation to hit our streaming screens. If you are not up to speed with the series, it is based on a DC comic book written by Brian Wood. It is set in a near future where a second civil war has taken hold and turned Manhattan into a DMZ from the conflict.
In the show, Rosario Dawson plays Alma Ortega, a woman (and not your typical super hero) set out to find her son. This is a story about the struggle for power, the effects of politics, and humanity.
Starring Rosario Dawson and Benjamin Bratt, DMZ will air in the United States on the 17th of March 2022 via HBO Max and Australia on BINGE and Foxtel (on channel FOX8) 20 March 2022.
