Demetria Devonne Lovato is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She started her career in Entertainment on Barney & Friends from 2002 to 2004, but became more popular from being in the television movies Camp Rock in 2008 and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam released later in 2010. One of the songs on the first Camp Rock movie was “This Is Me”, which she sang with Joe Jonas. This song was popular and was in the Billboard Hot 100.
Within a few short years, Demi Lovato went from a Disney hopeful to a chart-topping pop star known for her spunky, confident air.
