Summary
After a few new trailers of previously announced games coming in the months ahead the show finally begun and Playstation took to the stage to announce they have sold over 10 million units of PS4 since it’s arrival back in November 2013.
Together with new trailers and actual game plays from developers for upcoming games were brand new announcements about completely new games and exclusive content for Playstation players.

Indies – were a big part of tonight’s event and that was made clear when a compilation video of all kinds of different indie games were shown, most of which are completely exclusive or coming first to Playstation. Such games were: The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. Papers Please. Nom Nom Galaxy. Snow. In Space We Brawl. Dreamfall Chapters. Pix the Cat. Ether One. Runemaster. Q.U.B.E 2.
It was an avalanche of new games. Unfortunately there was not much for PS Vita which still continues to struggle and offers only a small handful of games to be coming out in the future but the future is not all bad. Remote Play seems to make developers more interested in bringing functions and playable games over from the PS4 on to the PS Vita. Playstation 3 is slowly being phased out by Sony to make way for more PS4 development, right now most games are being made for both generations of consoles.

The trailers shown at the beginning were:
- “inFamous First Light”

- “The Order 1886”
Set in an alternate history London, where an old order of knights keep all of the world safe from half breed monsters, who are a combination of animal and man. In the game’s history, around the seventh or eighth centuries a small number of humans took on bestial traits. The majority of humans feared these half breeds and war broke out. Despite the humans outnumbering the half breeds, their animal strength gave them the upper hand in centuries of conflict.
- “BloodBorne”
The game’s story takes place in an ancient, abandoned city called Yharnam which was known for housing a medical remedy. Over the years, many travelers made pilgrimages to Yharnam seeking the remedy to cure their afflictions; the protagonist is one of these travelers. Upon arriving in Yharnam, however, it is discovered that it is overrun with a terrifying curse which has rendered most of the city’s population violently deranged.
- “LittleBigPlanet 3”

Big Toggle is much larger and heavier than Sackboy and can weigh down platforms or pressure plates, He can also turn into a miniature version of Big Toggle called Light Toggle, who can walk quickly on the surface of water, is very small and can fit through tight spaces. Level creators can choose which two characters the player can switch between during gameplay. In addition, Sackboy now has a climbing ability which seemingly works on rope-based textures like vines.
