Currently under development by the creative teams of Square Enix is a massive title that has been worked on for many years now, Back in 2006 we saw only a glimpse of it which was at the time being worked on for last generation consoles but has since upgraded immensely over the years.
Now it has since shifted focus to next generation consoles such as Playstation 4 and Xbox One this highly awaited game offers incredible graphics and smooth gameplay with a massive open world to explore and even massive monsters to battle with in real time!
This is all thanks to the upgrade in hardware and their new game engine software named Luminous 1.4 which has next to real life graphics and makes development much more easier, detailed and faster than ever before.

Square Enix is offering a demo of Final Fantasy XV Gameplay in the upcoming next generation title Final Fantasy Type-0 which includes a code to download a small section of Final Fantasy XV’s map to explore which by itself is ridiculously huge!
So if you want to try it out and see for yourself just how massive only a small section of the entire map is be sure to get your hands on Final Fantasy Type-0 for Playstation 4 and Xbox One available March 20th 2015.
Below is just a small walkthrough of the small section of the map which took a very long time just to walk around and shows you just a glimpse of some of the activities you can get up to just by walking around.
Final Fantasy XV Walkthrough
The environment changes and so do the monsters!

It is advised that you stay in a public building or find a good place to rest during night time as it can become very dangerous and your followers including yourself benefit from a good night’s rest! If you skip sleeping or skip eating you will suffer battle disadvantages and low stamina the following day.
The gas station you see in the beginning is one of many places you can visit and is also a good rest stop to refill both you and your car which you can drive around. You can also talk to the NPCs around rest stops to learn information and accept side quests.
When you are ready to drive you can choose to drive yourself or if you’re feeling tired you can tell one of your followers to drive for you and the car will automatically drive while you sit back and enjoy the view.

Other than the usual walking and driving you can also find Chocobo around the map! If you manage to tame one you can ride it which is the classic Final Fantasy way of getting around. You can also pilot your very own airship!
The entire map is huge and would take too long to get around on the ground so why not fly there? The enemy also has their own airships and can fly in close to your location at any moment as a random event.
When they land they extract a large number of soldiers that patrol the area searching for you and if you are spotted you will have to make the decision to either battle all of them or try and escape.
Noctis also has a special ability that lets him jump to pin point places with his sword and can make reaching high places possible, You can also use it during battle to give yourself higher ground advantage or reach tall monster’s weak points.

Your team has a few special abilities as well! You can set up camp if you can’t find a good place to rest for the night and you can even cook your own meal! There will be many small critters out there for you to catch and cook or you can just sit back and fish in lakes to your heart’s content.
Hunger and stamina play a big part in battling and the healthier you live the stronger you fight. Eating good meals from either buying from a food shop or home cooking yourself can produce many benefits and boosts to your stats, You can create a powerful team of monster slayers if you treat them good.

The graphics make the most of next generation!

Your clothes and terrain are also affected when it starts to rain, puddles start to form and mists start to form above the ground. The environment looks incredible with the dynamic time and weather always transforming, you can go from a beautiful sunset to a epic thunder storm battle scene.
The animation is incredibly detailed which makes your character adapt to each situation and shift their body motion accordingly, There are a number of various animations exampled that shows just how detailed every aspect of the game is.
Your character’s body movement reacts to the environment you are moving on, this little detail makes the game that much more realistic.

An open beautiful world for you to explore!
Particles are highly defined, Fire spells actually glow and affect the lighting around it while spitting out sparks even the lightning from storms shoot out dirt, sparks and strings of light when hitting the ground. You can even get struck by it!
The Lighting has so many variables and shows you just how detailed the game engine is, it can change depending on how powerful the source is and can be reflected on many different surfaces like puddles of water that appear and reacts to ripples from rain drops.

The battle system is similar to the one found in Kingdom Hearts you fight in real time without loading a fight scene, you can conjure your weapon any time and fight anything.
Some monsters are very small and weak but there is also huge powerful monsters for you to fight! Classic Final Fantasy monsters such as Behemoths and Bahamuts are included and various techniques as well as magic spells can be obtained and used while fighting that are strong against certain types of elemental monsters.

Final Fantasy XV begins as a truce is declared between Lucis and Niflheim, ending the cold war which has raged over possession of the world’s crystals. Upon the day when an official treaty is to be signed, Niflheim invades Lucis and takes the nation’s crystal for its own before launching attacks on Solheim, Tenebrae and Accordo.
Having escaped during the attack on Lucis, Noctis and his friends now travel to retrieve their city’s crystal while trying to defeat Niflheim’s forces.
Because of the war, Noctis and Stella, who share some form of connection, are forced to fight each other.
